We worked with Shannon to purchase our new home which we closed on last month (March 2021). When we started working with her we had already been in the market for a little over 6 months. From what we learned in that time we are in an aggressive seller’s market with record low inventory and most houses have multiple offers within 1-2 days of listing and for over asking price. About three months ago a friend of mine called me, Shannon Dowling Webster, and asked me where I was I planning to live since my daughter was coming to live with me... I said I guess my apartment downtown Orlando because I cannot afford to rent a house... When we bought our home 2012, Shannon was working for Ryan Homes (the builder). She supported us every step during construction. In 2018 we saw her name on a sign across the street and wanted to know it was her. Sure enough it was her and we are so glad that we engaged her as our realtor to sell our home. She knew our community, knowledgeable and very energetic. She got a contract signed within a week. During the selling process, she even helped us with an app to sell our furniture & other items.
